3.4 Non-Commissionable Orders
The following do not earn commissions:
- Cancelled orders, fully refunded orders, chargebacks

- Orders generated through unauthorised promotion methods
- Orders involving fraud, policy violations, or non-compliant activities
3.5 Commission Adjustments
AFERIY reserves the right to adjust commission policies in response to business developments, including product price changes, campaign strategy, market conditions, and business needs. Changes will be communicated through official channels with reasonable notice.
4. Discount Code Policy
4.1 Creator Discount Codes
Approved creators receive exclusive discount codes to share with their audiences. These codes are intended to:
- Provide audience savings
- Support creator campaigns
- Enhance the purchase experience
4.2 Discount Adjustment Policy
Discount codes are not permanently fixed. Rates may be adjusted based on:
- Product pricing and market positioning
- Profit margins and cost structures
- Regional marketing strategies
- Inventory and product lifecycle
- Regular or major promotional events
- Creator tier, content quality, and performance
Adjustments may include extra discounts during promotions, differentiated rates by product type, or temporary suspension for low-margin or limited-edition items. AFERIY will communicate policy changes through official channels.
4.3 Code Restrictions
Partners may not:
- Modify code terms
- Publish unauthorised discount information
- Promote expired or inactive codes
- Share codes on unauthorised coupon platforms
4.4 Code Usage Guidelines
Creator discount codes may only be shared through approved channels by the creator themselves. Prohibited actions include:
- Altering or redefining code terms without authorisation
- Publishing unauthorised discount information
- Promoting expired or invalid codes
- Posting codes on deal/coupon sites, rebate platforms, or discount communities without permission
- Misleading consumers about discount depth, offer duration, or pricing
Violations may result in code suspension, commission adjustments, or termination of partnership. Codes may not be published on public coupon sites without prior written consent.
5. Attribution & Order Confirmation
5.1 Attribution Principles
AFERIY uses its affiliate tracking system to determine order attribution, ensuring fairness, transparency, and long-term cooperation.
5.2 Attribution Priority
First priority: Affiliate tracking links – if a customer arrives via an affiliate link, attribution follows the affiliate platform's tracking record.
Second priority: Official creator discount codes – if an order uses an authorised creator code, it is attributed to that creator.
Third priority: Manual review – for cases involving multiple partners, conflicting link/code attribution, high-value orders, unusual purchase paths, or other special circumstances. AFERIY will review based on actual contribution, order path, and relevant data.
Attribution is based primarily on the affiliate platform's tracking data. The use of a creator discount code does not guarantee attribution, and the presence of a link does not guarantee commission eligibility. All orders are subject to program review rules.
5.3 No Duplicate Commissions
Each order may generate only one commission. If multiple channels or partners are involved, AFERIY will determine the final attribution based on tracking data and these rules.
5.4 Tracking Limitations
AFERIY relies on affiliate platform data for attribution. Tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, ad-blockers, and user privacy settings. Therefore, using a code or link does not guarantee commission; all orders must pass review.
6. Order Review Policy
6.1 Why We Review Orders
To ensure accurate commission payments, prevent fraud, and maintain fair cooperation among all partners.
6.2 Orders Subject to Review
Including but not limited to:
- Refunded or cancelled orders
- Multi-channel attribution conflicts
- Suspected self-purchases
- Discount code abuse
- Abnormal traffic or suspicious activity
- High-value orders
During review, commissions appear as Pending.
6.3 Review Timeline
Most orders are reviewed within 3-5 business days. During major sales events, review times may be extended.
6.4 Review Outcomes
- Approved
- Adjusted (partial approval)
- Rejected
AFERIY determines commission eligibility based on tracking data and program rules.
7. Payment Policy
7.1 Payment Process
Customer order → Order review → Commission confirmation → Payment processing
7.2 Payment Cycle
Commissions are paid on a delayed monthly cycle (e.g., commissions from valid orders in January are paid at the end of February or early March), subject to affiliate platform rules, review completion, and payment processor schedules.
7.3 Minimum Payout
Partners must reach the minimum payout threshold to receive payment:
- 100 GBP
Balances below the threshold will be carried over to the next cycle. If the partnership is terminated, commissions will be paid if the balance meets the threshold; otherwise, payment may be withheld. AFERIY may cancel unpaid commissions for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
7.4 Payment Methods
Supported methods may include:
- PayPal
- Payoneer
- Bank transfer
- Other methods supported by AFERIY or the affiliate platform
Transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or processing charges are borne by the partner unless otherwise stated. Partners must provide accurate and valid payment details; AFERIY is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud – fake orders, fake traffic, artificially generated clicks, self-purchases to earn commissions.
- Unauthorised discount promotion – code harvesting, posting codes on unauthorised websites, false discount claims.
- Brand keyword misuse – unauthorised use of AFERIY trademarks in paid search or misleading ads.
- False or misleading content – inaccurate product descriptions, incorrect specifications, or deceptive pricing.
