Purchases from the AFERIY official website (https://uk.aferiy.com): You can apply for a return or refund.
Purchases from other AFERIY resellers: Please contact the relevant supplier or reseller to learn about their refund and return policy.
Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Order Cancellation:
Before Order Shipment
Customers can contact the AFERIY official store via email before order shipment to request an order cancellation.
Please be aware that the actual shipping time for an order begins once the shipping label is created by the carrier.
If you request an order cancellation and before shipping, a transaction fee will be charged based on the payment channel (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).
After Order Shipment
The actual shipping time for an order begins once the shipping label is created by the carrier. Once the order is shipped, it can not be canceled.
Product Out of Stock
If the product is out of stock, we will contact you via email. If there is no response within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Address Issues
If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you via email. If there is no response within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded. A transaction fee will be charged based on the payment channel (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).
Receiving Lost/Damaged Products:
If the product is not delivered or is lost: Please contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product: Please contact us immediately and provide video and/or picture proof. We will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns/30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Return service is currently only available for orders within the UK. Returns and refunds are not supported for free products.
Returns with no quality issues
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and there are no quality issues, you can return the item in its original condition (including all products and accessories, unopened, brand new, unused, and in the original packaging) to request an exchange or refund.
Please note: For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is charged double the shipping cost (shipping cost and return shipping cost) and a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users) from the refund.
Door-to-door pick-up Returns
We can provide door-to-door pick-up returns. Once the AFERIY warehouse receives the product and confirms its validity, the double shipping cost (initial shipping fee and return fee) and a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).
Self-paid Returns
Once the AFERIY warehouse receives the product and confirms its validity, the initial shipping cost and a transaction fee will be deducted from the refund (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).
Special Notes:
1. We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to opened or missing accessories products.
3. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for purchases over 30 days old.
4. For orders that have already been shipped and you wish to return, please first receive the package. Then contact the AFERIY service team for return instructions.
5. For refused goods, double the shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment.
Return/Refund Process:
Returning the product is allowed if the product is in good condition and can be a second sale.
1. Email AFERIY Service Team for Return Requests
Please email service@aferiy.com to contact the AFERIY service team to initiate the return process. Please provide proof of purchase, including your name, order number, and reason. Please don't return the lenses according to the return address on the package, because we are unable to receive them at that place.
2. Return Instructions
You will receive instructions on how to properly package and return the product to us. Ensure that the original packaging is returned and that all components are included.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
4. We receive your return package.
We will check whether the returned product whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions within 7 business days. Once the refund is processed, we will notify you via email.
If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us at service@aferiy.com.
