Thank you for choosing AFERIY products. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and offer the following return and refund policy:

  • If you purchase AFERIY products from the AFERIY official store (aferiy.com): You can request a return or refund.
  • If you purchase AFERIY products from other AFERIY dealers: You cannot request a return or refund from us as our suppliers and dealers may have their own refund and return policies. Please contact them for more information.
  • Return and refund policies may also vary based on local laws and regulations.

    Cancellation of Orders:

    Customers can request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting the AFERIY official store via email.

  • If a refund is requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment, transaction fees will be charged based on the payment channel.
  • Loss/Damage of Received Products:

    In case of non-delivery or loss, please contact us immediately.

    If you receive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products, contact us immediately and provide video and/or photo evidence.

    30-Day Refund Guarantee:

    If you are unsatisfied with the purchased product for any reason within 30 days of purchase, you can return the product in its Original, Unused, and Unopened packaging (including all products and accessories, and in new or as-new condition) for an exchange or refund.

    Please note: Consumers are responsible for double shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund upon return receipt at the AFERIY warehouse.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for purchases made beyond 30 days.
  • If the goods are rejected, double shipping charges will be deducted from the original payment.

    Return Process:

    For quality issues, contact our AFERIY support team at service@aferiy.com to initiate the return/exchange process.

    Follow the instructions provided by AFERIY support team to properly package and safely return the product.

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost will be determined by the courier company you choose.
  • If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to AFERIY, the consumer is not liable for shipping costs for this purpose.

     

    Refund

    After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. You will be notified via email after the order refund.

    If you don't receive the refund after 7 working days, contact us at service@aferiy.com.
