We can provide door-to-door pick-up returns. 1. We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to opened or missing accessories products.

You will receive instructions on how to properly package and return the product to us. Ensure that the original packaging is returned and that all components are included.
Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
We will check whether the returned product whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions within 7 business days. Once the refund is processed, we will notify you via email.
