I have the Aferiy 2000 Power Station , which came with a second hand camper I bought , Unfortunately the AC outlets have a fault , they trip out even before a load is plugged in ?
I have asked Aferiy for a service centre in England that could do a repair for me , I have also offered to pay as I don't have any paperwork for it . ie invoice or guarantee !
They have so far been unable to help even though it is clearly their product !
So beware if you can't find the paperwork you can't get these powerbanks fixed!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received this order above and tried for a number of days already.
According to the specification the battery can hold up to 1997Wh. When I connected a 500w heater I would expected be able to run for at least 3.5 hours from a full 100% charged. But it gone dead for only 2 hours. This us must be a defect power station?
Can you advice or send a replacement asap?

Delivery was quick within 3 days, the unit arrived with 25% battery as a test I plugged in our 43"tv it powered it for 5hrs before the 10% warning sounded. We bought it for our campervan to power the microwave, toaster etc and it's doing this perfectly. Great power performer at a fantastic price, well worth the money.
